from the windy city

well, we're back home from our travels to Chicago-land! we had a great time - here are a few of the highlights:

lots...but not enough - playtime with our nephews and niece.

dim sum in Chinatown - here, Phil demonstrates some sort of balancing act - "chicken-foot-dance-on-two-chopsticks-held-by-novice-whitey"

ah, but he exacted his revenge on me here. the pool table is his domain, and he ruleth with a cue stick of iron. the only whitey here is our dear friend the cue ball, and the only novice.....me. here he displays his game face...very convincing.

and here, i continue to embarrass myself - though i think i did beat him fair and square once this week. an accomplishment for me to be sure.

we had a lovely time together downtown Chicago - walking our feet off, and seeing what there was to see - Chinatown was a blast (at least for me), and the time together was priceless for both of us.
