pumpkin-ing

So, i can only sit still to study for so long - I needed a break to do something less productive. So, we got a pumpkin, i cut its head off...


...then i picked its brains...
i only cut myself once in the whole process! i think that's a record for me.

One of the staff couples here on campus has a super cute labrador puppy, and they've allowed me to take her out for walks and suff. It's been really fun for me - and even is almost fun for Phil too :0) He just keeps his distance and hangs on to his camera.

We had a phillyanshelley pizza party with the Borbes on Sunday (phillyandshelley is the name we have been dubbed by Gabby and Ellie - we are one). Liz, Edwin and Gabby are trying out the nicely noiseless noisemakers :0)
Here's what a little stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and some chocolate cake will do to my phil...He is 26 years old this year, and repeatedly claims that he "is feeling every bit of it". I just keep reminding him of all the friends we have that are so much older....that makes him feel better almost every time :0) - sorry guys.
